Notice - Receipt of Compliance Audit Applications

Please be advised that the Clerk for the Town of Ajax has received two applications seeking audits of candidate financial statements following the 2022 Municipal Election.  The applications seek a review of the financial statements submitted to the Clerk by the following candidates:

• Arthur Augustine – Office of the Mayor; and,
• Nancy Henry – Local Councillor, Ward Two

A meeting of the Compliance Audit Committee will be scheduled to review and determine whether to grant or deny the requests.  Once scheduled, notice will be provided on the Town’s website identifying the date, time and location of the meeting.
