Event or Parade Permit Application

If your event requires a Road Closure you must provide specific details of the road closure. This will include all roads to be utilized, direction of travel, and must list all intersections that will be obstructed as a result of the closure. Example: Travelling southbound on Harwood Avenue South in the southbound lanes between Highway #2 & Bayly Street West. Intersections affected - Harwood Avenue South & Highway #2, Harwood Avenue South & Gardiner Drive, Harwood Avenue South & Edward Street, Harwood Avenue South & Ontario Street, Harwood Avenue South & Mary Street, Harwood Avenue South & Brock Street, Harwood Avenue South & York Street, Harwood Avenue South & Station Street, Harwood Avenue South & Harwood Plaza North, Harwood Avenue South & Harwood Plaza South, Harwood Avenue South & Hunt Street, and Harwood Avenue South & Bayly Street.
