This guide is not a registration tool. All registrations must be completed directly through the Town’s ActiveNet registration system. Information in this guide reflects a snapshot in time and may change without notice. Program availability can fill quickly, particularly during high-demand registration periods. To ensure a smooth registration experience, we recommend reviewing program details here before registration opens and adding desired programs to your ActiveNet Wishlist. When registration opens, simply return to ActiveNet to secure your spot.

To use our customizable digital recreation guide, follow these easy steps:

  • Step 1: Click on ‘Continue to Digital Recreation Guide’.
  • Step 2: Select your desired program categories from the list provided and click “Next.”
  • Step 3: Select your desired locations from the list provided and click “Next.”
  • Step 4: Select the appropriate age groups from the list provided and click “Next.”
  • Step 5: Choose the days of the week and time ranges (if applicable) for programs and click “View Search Results.”
  • Step 6: Click “Previous” to adjust your filters or select “Download PDF” to save your customized guide. Please note that very specific choices may result in fewer available programs.

No login is needed. You can search as often as you like to find what works for you.

Do I need an account to use this guide?

No. Creating a personalized digital guide is open to all and does not require a login. An account will be required for online registration through Active Ajax.

Can I register directly from the guide?

Yes. The downloaded PDF summary includes clickable links that take you directly to the Active Ajax registration page for each program. Once there, you can complete your registration.

Is the information up to date?

The digital guide shows program information available at the time you view it. It is a snapshot and downloaded or saved PDFs will not update. Program availability can change quickly, especially during high-demand registration periods. Please resubmit your request for the most up-to-date information.

Can I save or share the program list?

Yes. You can save the PDF to your device or print it for reference.

I didn’t find any programs – what should I do?

Try adjusting your selections or contact/visit any of our community centres (Ajax Community Centre – 905-427-8811, Audley Recreation Centre – 905-427-2468, McLean Community Centre – 905-428-7711).
