Electronic participation in Council, Standing Committee, Advisory Committee and Local Board meetings is permitted pursuant to sections 238(3.1) and (3.3) of the Municipal Act and Council’s Procedure By -law. All meetings held in an electronic or hybrid format are livestreamed on the Town of Ajax Youtube Channel and on this webpage.
Advisory Committee Meetings (Accessibility and Heritage Advisory Committees) are held in-person in the River Plate Room, 65 Harwood Ave. S. unless otherwise posted.
Quasi-judicial Board Meetings (Committee of Adjustment, Property Standards/Animal Services Appeals Committee) are held in a hybrid format are livestreamed on the Town of Ajax Youtube Channel and on this webpage.
