New website prioritizes easy navigation, enhanced accessibility and mobile responsiveness

The Town of Ajax has launched its newly redesigned municipal website, providing residents, businesses and visitors with a faster, more efficient and accessible way to connect with Town information and services online.

The website has been revamped with users in mind. Key features include:

  • Designed for mobile use – the new website works smoothly on phones, tablets and computers, making it easy and intuitive to access information anywhere.
  • An updated and polished look reflects Ajax’s vibrant community.
  • Jump links (quick-click links) within pages for easier and faster navigation.
  • Translation available in 20 languages to better support Ajax’s diverse community.

Users can now easily access popular services such as the Property Tax Portal, HeyJAX, new Council and Meetings Calendar, and new Construction Module.

Residents, visitors, businesses and community groups are encouraged to explore the platform and become familiar with its new features and layout.
