The Town of Ajax, St. Paul’s on-the-Hill Community Food Bank and the Salvation Army Hope are coming together for a community-wide Big Spring Food Drive. Residents, businesses and community groups are invited to participate by donating non-perishable food items on Saturday, May 30 from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. at Sobeys in Ajax (260 Kingston Road West). Help us fill two big fire trucks to support those in need!
Hunger continues to be an important issue that impacts individuals, seniors and families from all of Durham Region. As these areas continue to grow and food prices increase, more people are utilizing food banks and related services.
All donations will go directly to St. Paul’s on-the-Hill Community Food Bank and the Salvation Army Hope in support of families in need.
