Road Closure & Parking Restrictions
To support these car-free events and to discourage vehicle traffic as well as inappropriate parking in the adjacent neighbourhood, the Town of Ajax will be implementing temporary parking restrictions that may affect your street.
On September 26 temporary “No Parking” signs will be installed on one side of specific streets (see list below). While the signs will remain in place for a period before and after the event, enforcement will only be in effect during the event. Town By-Law officers and security personnel will be present before and during the event to ensure compliance. Vehicles not adhering to the restrictions may be ticketed or towed. While restrictions will be lifted immediately after the event, signage will be removed as soon as possible.
Furthermore, Audley Road will be closed on Saturday September 26 from 12 p.m. (Noon) until 11 p.m. between Rossland Road and Williamson Drive East.
