Take a step back in time to discover Ajax’s rich history and heritage. Along this free guided walking tour, you will encounter ‘Spirits’ who will provide historical details about the various people, places, stories and headlines that shaped Ajax. Registration is required and opens August 24.
NOTE this isn’t really a scary event, more history and heritage involving “spirits.”

Enjoy a lively, interactive performance that blends movement, mindfulness and fun for all ages. Join us for both workshops or drop in for just one. Workshop times: 7 to 7:25 p.m. and 7:35 to 8 p.m. Sweet treats are available for purchase at the snack bar.
Pat Bayly Square (75 Bayly Street W.), Ajax’s downtown urban hub, will bring a vibrant energy to the community this summer with free family-friendly concerts, children’s performances and Zumba®. Learn more about the full summer lineup at our Summer in the Square page.
Performances are free and take place rain or shine, moving indoors during inclement weather (Ajax Community Centre - HMS Community Hall OR Ice Pad 2). Admission for indoor seating is on a first come, first served basis. Announcements, locations and updates will be provided on Town of Ajax social media channels after 5 p.m. Please note: The Micro Foam Party cannot be moved indoors and may be cancelled due to inclement weather.
